Who runs this site

CropFarming.net is owned and operated by Jum Cultivation Program, a company registered in Bangladesh.

Throughout this page, “we” and “our” mean Jum Cultivation Program. “You” means anyone using the site.

What this site provides

CropFarming.net publishes general reference material about growing crops. Planting windows, seeding depths, fertilizer rates, spray timings, harvest signs, and equipment guidance.

The material is compiled from university extension publications, USDA data, manufacturer documentation, and patterns across verified buyer feedback. Our editorial policy explains how each figure is sourced and checked.

What this site is not

It is not professional advice. We are not your agronomist, your crop consultant, or your attorney. Nothing here is tailored to your soil, your season, your equipment, or your local conditions.

It is not a substitute for your extension office. Every state runs a cooperative extension service with county level offices. They can look at your samples and know your growing region. For a decision that matters, call them.

It is not a pesticide label. Where we discuss a product’s rates or cutoffs, that is general reference. The label on the container you hold is the legal document. Where they differ, the label governs, and following it is your responsibility.

Your responsibility for decisions

Farming decisions carry real cost. A wrong seeding depth loses a stand. A wrong spray timing can lose a crop and can break the law.

You are responsible for what you do on your own ground. Before acting on anything you read here, check it against the current label, your local extension recommendations, and the regulations that apply where you farm.

We make a genuine effort to get every figure right, and we correct errors when they are found. That effort does not transfer the decision to us.

Regulatory compliance is yours

Pesticide use, water rights, nutrient management, and licensing are regulated, and the rules differ by state and often by county.

Nothing on this site authorizes any application or practice. Checking what applies where you farm is your responsibility, and we cannot do it for you.

Accuracy and updates

We aim to keep the site accurate and current. We cannot promise that every page is free of error or fully up to date at the moment you read it.

Extension recommendations get revised. Labels change. Research moves. A figure correct when published can be superseded later.

Permitted use

You may read, print, and share our pages for your own use. You may link to any page on the site.

You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link back to the page it came from.

What you may not do

  • Copy substantial parts of the site, or republish articles in whole or in part, without written permission
  • Present our material as your own
  • Use automated tools to scrape the site in a way that burdens the server
  • Sell, license, or redistribute our content
  • Alter our material and present the result as ours
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

Content ownership

Text, images, charts, and page design on CropFarming.net belong to Jum Cultivation Program. unless stated otherwise.

Material sourced from extension services and federal agencies remains theirs. We cite it and link to it. We do not claim it.

Product names, brand names, and logos belong to their owners. We use them to identify products, not to claim any connection or endorsement.

Some pages carry affiliate links. If you buy through one we may earn a commission, and you pay the same price.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. Anything to do with the order, the payment, the delivery, the warranty, or a return is between you and them.

We link to extension publications, USDA resources, manufacturer documentation, and retailers.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement of everything on the other end.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jum Cultivation Program is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. That includes lost crops, lost yield, lost income, equipment damage, regulatory penalties, and any indirect or consequential loss.

The site is provided as it is. We make no warranty that it is complete, accurate, current, or fit for a particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as the law permits.

Indemnity

If your use of this site causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. That includes claims arising from your breach of these terms or from anything unlawful you do using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, unless both parties agree in writing to another venue.

If part of this is unenforceable

If a court finds any clause here unenforceable, that clause is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed. The rest stays in force.
